Job applications/ Recruitment Data
When you apply for a position we collect your name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile URL (optional), the position you are applying for, your CV/resume, and any cover letter you choose to attach.

Our web server may log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used solely for security monitoring and is not linked to any personal profile.

Emails and application documents are transmitted via Resend, a secure transactional email provider. We do not store submitted CV files or form data in a database; once sent, messages are retained only in the email inboxes of GBC staff.
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, including rate limiting and input validation on all forms.
4. Data Retention
Application data for unsuccessful candidates is held for a maximum of 12 months after the relevant vacancy is closed, after which it is deleted. Data submitted via the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry.

Our digital platforms may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We may use the following third-party service in the email delivery services of our website:

Your name, email address, and submitted message content are transmitted to Resend’s servers for delivery. Resend’s privacy policy is available at resend.com/privacy.
